Shilajit Recipes - 5 amazing ways to add Shilajit Resin to your diet

If you are looking for new ways to incorporate Shilajit resin into your diet you have come to the right place. Here are five delicious and nutritious recipes using shilajit resin.

 

Shilajit Energy Balls:

 Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
  • 1 teaspoon shilajit resin
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Desiccated coconut or crushed nuts for coating (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates and nuts until they form a sticky mixture.
  2. Add shilajit resin, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to the mixture. Blend until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  4. If desired, roll the energy balls in desiccated coconut or crushed nuts for coating.
  5. Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
